The database presents cable laying vessels and barges currently active in the offshore wind segment or potentially suitable to work in the bottom-fixed and floating wind segments.

The cable database includes records of more than 500 vessels – these cover purpose built bottom-fixed offshore wind cable lay vessels and barges and vessels suited to laying electric and fiber optic cables for both the telecommunications, bottom-fixed and floating wind segments but not currently active in the offshore wind segment.
